Gianpiero Cannata is a bass player and composer. The developing of complex musical structures, the passion for experimental solutions and the important role played by electronic music turned his song works gradually to instrumental compositions. He approached mediterranenan folk music traditions, getting to know and practice Greek and Celtic bouzouki, mandolin, marranzano, and middle east percussions.
