SNV is a development organisation who believes that no-one should have to live in poverty and that all people should have the opportunity to pursue their own sustainable development. Started out in the Netherlands in 1965, SNV operates nowadays in 36 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, where it supports projects in agriculture, renewable energy, water, sanitation and hygiene.
